Split Set friction bolts are designed to provide rapid and effective ground support in underground excavations. The system consists of a longitudinally slotted steel tube installed into a suitably sized borehole.
During installation, the tube is compressed against the borehole wall, generating friction along its entire length and providing the anchorage required to reinforce the surrounding rock mass.
